Preparing the Property for Sale
Administrating an estate can be demanding and overwhelming, that's why you need to team an experienced

Preparing the Property for Sale:
If you are the Personal Representative you will be required to take inventory of all personal items. WE CAN HELP!

If you are available locally: We will meet you at the property and help you organize and sort through everything.

If you are NOT available locally, no need to travel. We will send you photos or videos (live video available too) of all the personal property (furniture, electronics, keepsake items etc...) in the home.
What do we keep? What do we sell? What do we haul-away?

Personal property that has sentimental value, you will want to keep. We can arrange to have it packed and shipped.

Some valuables will have monetary value that you might want to sell. If need be, we will organize and supervise an estate sale at no-charge.

Some property will need to be hauled-away. If need be, we will organize and supervise the complete removal of all unwanted items, at no charge.
Home Cleaning:
Once the property has been cleared of all personal items, we will take care of getting the house/condo professionally cleaned FOR FREE.
Yard Clean Up
Curb appeal is very important in real estate. In case the yard hasn't been kept up, we will bring our preferred gardener to make sure the landscaping looks clean with green grass and colorful flowers. If there is junk in the yard, we will have it removed as well.
Repairs / Upgrades
Small repairs or upgrades can sometimes improve the final sale price. Of course, this is not always recommended but on a case-by-case basis. We will hire and supervise any repairs or upgrades to the property that are needed.
Staging
Staging a home is proven to help sell a home faster and for a higher final sale price. We will organize and supervise staging. Like repairs, this is on a case-by-case basis.
